Each year, designers around the world establish international trends for the season that follow, and among the recommendations for 2016, a key role plays quotations, emblems, logos and messages in Cyrillic, as presented by Moschino, Loewe and Dolce&Gabbana.
This trend is a bit risky though , because prints can create volume, tricking the eye, and not in a good way. The boundary between good taste and kitsch is an overflow of such items. No matter how loyal are you to the brand, to surround yourself with its logo is not a good idea. A cocktail of logos, quotes and drawings are likely to distort our image in an unpleasant way. Let’s imagine how a fridge will look like full of magnets and stickers.
