Magee 1866 is an iconic Irish Clothing brand and this year Magee 1866 celebrated 150 years the Irish Clothing Industry. John Magee, the founder of Magee 1866 worked from a small drapers shop in Donegal, Ireland. In 1990 Robert Temple bought the business and is still ran by the Temple family (3rd & 4th Generation).
Are we ready for the winter? Fear not! I thought I’d share the AW’17 Women’s collection from Magee 1866, we all love a bit of tweed and wool cashmere which are part of the core collection. Keeping to it’s to tradition they added a contemporary twist to their traditional pieces.
Meanwhile boucle yarns, lurex yarns and colourful neps in geometric weaves, enlarged checks and hearing bones pay homage to seasonal fabrics and outerwear. The silk blouses along with a trouser/skirt topped with a nice silk scarf & jacket is sure to keep you trendy in the winter months.
Magee’s Womenswear collection is available online and in-store.
And free online delivery within Ireland.
