Choose your right outfit for Christmas party as a plus size woman
Christmas Party Season is upon us and of course we want to look our very stunning selves. But can I ask as a Plussize woman are you looking at all options or resorting back to your old faithful LBD?
There is no reason why this should happen especially if it is because you feel it is slimming or somehow hides you away!
Why not get all festival and go red… Whether you choose to go Scarlet, Vermilion, Crimson or any of the other endless shades of red, there is something out there for everyone.
What I want you to do from now on, when you look at yourself in the mirror think not what you don’t like and want to hide away, but turn it around to what you do like and want to show off…. Yes I mean that!
If you find how to draw the eye to your “best bits” that is where people will look instead of investing your time hiding not always successfully what you don’t want seen… I know genius, right!
Now I would like to think of myself as a Hourglass (Yes OK a 24hr Glass but still).. I like my Legs and my Breast so for me this dress was ideal. What do you think?
I love the wrap dress style I find it really flattering, I feel the lace sleeves whilst giving a little cover up still shows a bit of skin! The split up the front allows to show leg and the deep V neck shows other things! I have teamed it with a necklace to be sure to draw the eye down to where I want it and to avoid breaking the legs or cleavage rule I have balanced the sexiness of the “showing to much leg” with a over the knee boot.
I wanted to draw attention to my eyes, also with all the sipping of bubbly and the odd kiss under the mistletoe any lipstick might not last that long! Keeping in the Christmas spirit glitter was a must I used a sliver smoked out with black and red (Which kinda turned it purple!) But I loved it anyway!
So I hope this has given you inspiration to push the boat out and try something different. I love modeling because you’re always put in something you might not have tried on in the shop yourself and then fall in love with it…. so take my advise and try something new.
