What to Wear…

CASUAL – CHIC

by Valerie Moreau

Casual Chic could mean something quite paradoxical for some of you, but it is a really hype tendency for this season. It doesn’t mean how to wear jeans and cotton T-shirts, or a long spangle dress or suit. It is just in the middle of that. It is the perfect looking for getting together with friends and casual parties. This style will make you save cash and time.

To make this looking, choose neutral colors as black, green, white or grey, some printed fabrics can be added but always on subtle colors. Of course you can add some piece of intense tones in your looking, but only one piece at a time.

Mix some basic pants or denim with a tailored jacket, and some ample overall. Just add a big necklace, and that’s it!

Accessories will help you to making your outfit more fun. You can choose in a large range of items, like all kind of bags, sunglasses, hats, originals belts, printed scarves, colored shoes, etc.

According to shoes, you can wear flats or heels, as both of them are fitting really well with the casual-chic style.

Most important thing: think about the complete looking. You don’t have to look each piece on its own, as they might seem quiet boring separately. Just mix them all together to make a great outfit. If you’re looking seems too casual, or not enough trendy, add colored shoes, or bag, or some jewellery as a big necklace or earrings.

Here you will find some ideas of casual-chic looks I really like!
