Alyssa of The Vikings – a talent
As a reader, you’re probably wondering why I decided to write a review about Alyssa Sutherland. I was watching a series called Vikings where she was cast in a lead role. If I were to encourage readers to watch even a single episode of Vikings to illustrate the talent of Alyssa it would be the episode titled: “In the Uncertain Hour Before the Morning”. Her acting in this particular episode inspired me to write about her. The emotions she displayed and facial expressions during various scenes, showcased what an amazing actress she is. I would like to share what I’ve learnt about this talented actress and model
Alyssa spoke fondly of her character in Vikings in an interview of which she spoke of the scene in which she was stabbed in the back by another character called Lagertha. She said: “I kind of love that whole scene for her, you sign onto any show knowing that you could go at any point. You don’t know how long they are going to keep you (or) how long storylines are going to go. All you really hope for is that if you are going to go, you get to go out with a bang, and I was so thrilled when I read that scene”. Having looked back at the scene, she was most pleased with her work.
